Employees who have successfully completed a 90-day probation period are eligible for the "YOU MADE THE DIFFERENCE" employee recognition program. The program is designed to recognize those employees who go "above and beyond" the call of duty, consistently "nail it" time and time again, doing things the right and safe way, being dependable i.e.; punctuality, attendance, job tasks,
Recognition is awarded as follows:
- Employees who are recognized 1-3 times within a quarter will receive $100 at the end of the quarter.
- Employees who are recognized 4-5 time within a quarter will receive $250 at the end of the quarter.
- Employees who are recognized at least 6 times within the year will receive $500 at the beginning of the following year.
Recognition will be issued through the HR Department to ensure that the employee is in good standing with the company and to verify that the program requirements are met.
